Fabulous stay

The hotel offers private beach access, super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found getting a taxi easy with the ride apps available. Both the food and service were excellent.
The pool water was a little cloudy one day, a slight disappointment.

The hotel includes several restaurants with various cuisines. I saw a well equipped fitness center available . There is a large pool area with plenty of sun loungers for relaxation.

My room includes two comfortable queen beds and great skyline view. The bathroom features two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found complimentary Aesop brand cosmetics provided, that was a great touch.

The hotel is located on the Palm, giving easy access to the beach. The hotel is near several attractions. Taxi service can reach the hotel in a short time.

Staff are very polite and attentive. Housekeeping service ensures rooms remain clean and tidy. I observed that poolside service is prompt with refreshing drinks.

I was impressed by service from Akram, Ojo, and Gayan in the adult pool section. The room was spacious and the decor do not disappoint.

the beach was clean. fresh towels were always available. complimentary water in ice buckets was a nice touch. the housekeeping service was very good. the rooms were kept clean.
our first room faced a brick wall. it was not a pleasant view. the replacement room faced the city and an electricity station. it was noisy and there was a bonfire one night, which forced us to close the balcony doors. children were not allowed in the serafina bar, a smoking room.

the staff was very friendly. the beach staff placed towels on sunbeds. they also provided water throughout the day. the adult's only pool offers lovely views.
the minibar wasn't very cold.
